Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Rhino Bazaar. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

  • Delivery Method: Standard Ground / International Shipping (depending on location).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, extreme weather, or courier service interruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rhino Bazaar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and notify our support team so we can assist you through the process.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the "delivery" date. We will work with the carrier to locate your items.
